Wagyu Biltong Chilli 100g
Our Wagyu Biltong Chilli 100g is made from the finest British F1 Wagyu - a 50% cross Japanese Wagyu and Aberdeen Angus beef. Wagyu beef is high in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fats and has a high content of monounsaturated fats. The cattle we use for our Wagyu Biltong are 'beer' and regularly massaged the traditional Japanese way to provide a top quality meat. We produce our biltong with the same respect and desire to create the best quality biltong indicative of this prime beef. Wagyu fat is liquid at room temperature and does not leave a waxy feel on the pallet.
Ingredients: Beef, vinegar (barley malt extract), salt, maize, flavour enhancer (MSG), sugar, colourants, spices, herbs, ground peri-peri, potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulphite.
