Wagyu Biltong Traditional
Our Wagyu Biltong Traditional is made from the finest Highland Wagyu.
The animals live happily on grass pastures in the Scottish Highlands for 5 years. Wagyu beef is high in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fats and has a high content of monounsaturated fats.
We produce our biltong with the same respect and desire to create the best quality biltong indicative of this prime beef. Wagyu fat is liquid at room temperature and does not leave a waxy feel on the pallet.
We chunk the Wagyu Biltong to prevent it drying out too much and making it easier to eat.
